Delivery & Returns

Please allow 3 working days for dispatch and 1-2 working days for delivery.

We currently deliver within the UK only.

We can only accept returns if the following conditions are met.

The item is unworn, unmarked, unstained, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Please ensure you try on your swimwear without wearing makeup, body lotion, deodorant, fake tan, perfume, or other products that may leave marks or scents as we cannot accept items returned with stains or fragrance.
All hygiene liners must be intact and in place.
The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return and select a return season.

Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

Please note return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
